Terms of Service

By installing, downloading, or using the Aether Tab Chrome Extension and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our software.

1. License Grant

Fufuk Dev Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Aether Tab solely for your personal or commercial productivity activities, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use Aether Tab responsibly. You shall not:

  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, or attempt to extract the source code of Aether Tab.
  • Distribute, sell, rent, sub-license, or lease Aether Tab or bundle it inside third-party application bundles without our express written consent.
  • Use Aether Tab in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or damage our cloud synchronization infrastructure.

3. Plus Subscriptions and Payments

Access to advanced cloud features (e.g. multi-device sync, wallpaper galleries) requires upgrade to Aether Tab Plus. For the Plus subscription:

  • Billing & Merchant: Transactions are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service and billing policies.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans (Monthly) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the Aether Tab extension's settings or via the billing portal.
  • Refund Policy: Refund requests are governed by Lemon Squeezy's transaction procedures. Please reach out to our team if you encounter payment discrepancies.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All title, proprietary rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Aether Tab (including but not limited to the extension code, web UI, styling, logo designs, and visual branding) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Fufuk Dev Team and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aether Tab is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Fufuk Dev Team disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fufuk Dev Team or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or hardware malfunction) arising out of the use or inability to use Aether Tab, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Aether Tab after modifications are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • 未經我們明確的書面許可，分發、販售、出租、分許可或將 Aether Tab 綑綁在第三方軟體包中進行分發。
  • 以任何可能干擾、破壞或損害我們雲端同步伺服器基礎架構的方式使用本服務。

3. Plus 訂閱方案與付費

使用進階雲端同步功能（例如多裝置同步、壁紙藝廊備份）需要升級至 Aether Tab Plus。關於 Plus 訂閱條款：

  • 金流與商家： 所有的交易付款皆經由 Lemon Squeezy（我們的法定收款方）處理。訂閱即代表您同意 Lemon Squeezy 的服務條款及計費規則。
  • 自動續訂： 除非您主動取消，否則訂閱方案（按月計費）將於計費週期結束時自動續訂。您可隨時在 Aether Tab 擴充功能的設定面板或透過 Lemon Squeezy 的帳單連結取消訂閱。
  • 退款政策： 退款請求將依據 Lemon Squeezy 的交易規則處理。若您遇到任何付費異常，歡迎隨時與我們聯繫。

4. 所有權與智慧財產權

Aether Tab 的所有權益、產權與智慧財產權（包括但不限於擴充功能原始碼、網頁介面、設計樣式、商標設計與視覺品牌）均歸屬於 Fufuk 開發團隊及其授權人所有。

5. 免責聲明

Aether Tab 是以「現狀 (AS IS)」及「現有 (AS AVAILABLE)」狀態提供，不包含任何形式的明示或暗示保證。在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，Fufuk 開發團隊聲明免除所有關於商品適銷性、特定用途適用性及無侵權行為的保證。

6. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，不論在何種情況下，Fufuk 開發團隊或其供應商均不對因使用或無法使用 Aether Tab 而造成的任何間接、特殊、附帶或衍生性損害（包括但不限於利潤損失、資料遺失、業務中斷或硬體損壞）承擔責任，即使已被告知此類損害發生的可能性亦同。

7. 條款修改與變更

我們保留隨時修改或修訂本服務條款的權利。修改發布後，若您繼續使用 Aether Tab，即代表您接受修改後的服務條款。
