1. Data Collection & Privacy by Design

Aether Tab is engineered as a local-first browser utility. We firmly believe that your personal browsing data belongs to you. Therefore:

• Zero Tracking: We do not track the web pages you visit, monitor your browsing history, collect your search engine inputs, or build user profiles.
• Local-First Storage: By default, all your created workspaces, saved tabs, dashboard configurations, local settings, and text notes are stored locally inside your browser's secure databases (Chrome Extension Local Storage and IndexedDB). Fufuk Dev Team cannot access or view this data.

2. Aether Tab Plus & Cloud Sync

If you choose to purchase and upgrade to Aether Tab Plus, you will unlock cloud features including cross-device synchronization and automatic backups. For these features:

• Authentication: We use Google Firebase Authentication to secure your login. This requires signing in with your Google Account, which grants us access only to your email address and basic profile identifier.
• Firestore Data Storage: When Sync is active, your local workspaces, notes, and configurations are securely transmitted and stored in your private Google Cloud Firestore collection. This data is isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible solely by you when logged into your account.

3. Third-Party Services & Payments

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver essential transactional features:

• Lemon Squeezy: All subscription and lifetime payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Fufuk Dev Team does not collect, receive, or store your credit card or billing details. Lemon Squeezy only shares your purchase confirmation, email, and subscription status with us to authorize access to Plus benefits.
• Google Firebase: Used exclusively for security authentication and storing sync data for Plus subscribers.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your email, account metadata, or sync contents with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or any other entities under any circumstances.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

You have full ownership of your data at all times:

• Data Export & Deletion: You can view, edit, or delete any workspace or data record directly within the extension's dashboard.
• Uninstalling the Extension: Removing Aether Tab from your Chrome browser immediately and permanently erases all locally cached configurations and data.
• Cloud Database Purge: Plus subscribers can wipe their synchronized cloud databases at any time through the Settings panel, or request a complete profile deletion by emailing us.

• 安全身分驗證： 我們使用 Google Firebase Authentication 來保護您的登入安全。這需要您使用 Google 帳戶進行登入，我們僅會獲取您的電子郵件地址與基本個人識別代碼。
• 雲端資料儲存： 當同步功能啟用時，您本機的工作區、筆記與設定將會透過安全加密通道傳送並儲存在您專屬的 Google Cloud Firestore 私有資料庫中。此資料是隔離且加密的，僅限您本人在登入帳戶時存取。

• Lemon Squeezy： 所有的訂閱與終身授權交易皆經由 Lemon Squeezy 安全支付平台（我們的法定收款方）處理。Fufuk 開發團隊絕不會接觸、收集或儲存您的信用卡資訊。Lemon Squeezy 僅會向我們提供您的付款確認、電子郵件及訂閱狀態，以授權啟用 Plus 會員功能。
• Google Firebase： 僅用於 Plus 會員的安全身分驗證與備份數據儲存。
