By installing or using MarkSense ("the Extension"), provided by Floor Up Team ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MarkSense solely for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with Google Chrome Extension Web Store Policies.

2. User Data & Deletion

MarkSense provides tools such as duplicate bookmark cleanup and batch management. You understand and agree that actions performed in MarkSense (such as bookmark deletion or reorganization) directly modify your Chrome browser's bookmark store. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical bookmarks.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

MarkSense is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Floor Up Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of MarkSense.
