By installing or using the WishClip Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. License & Usage

Floor Up team grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WishClip for personal, non-commercial productivity and wishlist management purposes subject to these Terms.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

WishClip is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. E-commerce product parsing relies on third-party site DOM structure and exchange rates are fetched from external APIs. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of price extractions or exchange rate quotes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Floor Up team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of WishClip.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
