Welcome to PukuPuku - Cozy Desktop Companion ("PukuPuku", "the Extension"), operated and published by Floor Up Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using PukuPuku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to download, install, and use the PukuPuku Chrome Extension for your personal productivity and relaxation in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All character designs, visual graphics, animations, code, and documentation associated with PukuPuku (including but not limited to Puku-Mochi, Mofu-Sheep, Doudou-Shiba, and Me-Ba-E) are the exclusive intellectual property of Floor Up Team. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, or copy these assets without prior written consent.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

PukuPuku is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure optimal performance, low resource consumption, and seamless browser compatibility, we do not warrant that the extension will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Floor Up Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Extension.

5. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by simply uninstalling PukuPuku from your browser. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice.
