By installing or using PokeCounter ("the Extension"), provided by Floor Up Team ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PokeCounter solely for personal or non-commercial entertainment and battle planning purposes in accordance with Google Chrome Extension Web Store Policies.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creature Inc., Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PokeCounter is an independent, non-official fan utility built for trainers and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo or The Pokémon Company.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

PokeCounter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy or availability of external API data.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Floor Up Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of PokeCounter.
